Day 1 :

Arrival in Rionegro (Antioquia)

Live a unique experience immersed in the mountains of Antioquia! Four stages with breathtaking landscapes, magical towns, and the best.
Discover Antioquian culture, its delicious cuisine, and the legendary mountain passes that have shaped the character of great cyclists.
Lagoon Hotel – Llanogrande 6 days and 5 nights stay at the Lagoon Hotel, part of the Las Américas hotel group. Elegant, comfortable, and modern rooms designed to offer our cyclists a wellness and exclusive experience.

Day 2 :

Guatapé – San Carlos

Stage 1 120 km – 1,830 m of elevation gain
Discover Guatapé, the famous Piedra del Peñol, and San Carlos—one of the most beautiful towns in Antioquia, surrounded by reservoirs and nature. Also, enjoy the private river access at Hostería Alcatraz. 

Day 3 :

Granada – Llanogrande

Stage 2 80 km – 2,100 m of elevation gain
We will return to Llanogrande along a road surrounded by pine trees and incredible landscapes— a newly paved route ideal for cyclists. At the end, we’ll arrive at “La Finca de Rigo” for a delicious lunch.

Day 4 :

Loop to Oriente

Stage 3 75 km – 1,100 m of elevation gain
In this stage, we’ll take a ride around Rionegro—a route well known by cyclists in Antioquia, both professional and amateur. We’ll also conquer “Alto de la Unión,” the most iconic mountain pass in the area.

Day 5 :

Concepción – QUEEN STAGE

Stage 4 114 km – 2,200 m of elevation gain
We’ll take you to discover a magical place. A colorful town with cobblestone streets and friendly people, recognized as a historical and cultural heritage site of the nation. It’s also a highly desired training route for WorldTour cyclists during their preseason, known for being both dynamic and fun.

Day 6 :

Colombia Challenge Ends

You’ll return home with thousands of memories from a one-of-a-kind experience! With new mountain passes conquered and the satisfaction of having completed this Road Camp challenge.
